Coffs Coast Pet Resort has been renovated internally in the last 18 months bringing the facility to above standard for the industry.

Currently we offer your dog in the Bark Jacob Suites, the choice of fully air-conditioned accommodations in either Executive Suites or Classic Accommodation.

We hope to have Luxury Suites available soon.

Fursace is fully renovated offering all our feline guests fully air-conditioned Luxury accommodation.

The Fendi Lounge offers our Pocket Pets (Birds, Rabbits, Reptiles and more) fully renovated Luxury accomodation.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry we want offer your pet the best Luxury accommodation on the Coast.

Together with this, there are so many extras to choose from, including;

As we move into the cooler winter months, we would like to advise clients of some upcoming changes to our operating hours and services effective 6/7/26.

Saturday Reception Hours

Effective from Saturday 4 July 2026, our Saturday reception hours will be:

🐾 8:00am – 10:00am only

There will no longer be an afternoon reception opening on Saturdays.

Doggy Daycare

Due to reduced demand during winter, Doggy Daycare will now operate on:

🐾 Wednesdays and Thursdays only

Doggy Day Boarding

For clients still requiring care for their dogs during the week, we will be offering Doggy Day Boarding Monday to Friday.

Doggy Day Boarding is ideal for dogs whose owners are at work, attending appointments, travelling for the day, or simply looking for some extra care and attention for their pet. Dogs enjoy comfortable accommodation, regular outdoor exercise, toileting breaks, staff interaction and plenty of individual attention throughout the day.

These changes are being introduced for the winter period and will be reviewed as we move into the warmer months.

Our weekday and Sunday reception hours remain unchanged.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we continue to adapt our services to best meet the needs of our clients and their pets.

Cat Suites

You can be assured your beloved feline will be treated like the aristocrats they are. In our luxury cat suites that are fully air conditioned they will be fully settled, safe, monitored and loved by our staff. 

Our suites include scratching posts, hiding dens, layered blanketed benches, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained and make them feel safe and comfortable while they holiday with us.

Your cat will have a choice of menu, Pet Postcards and includes daily health checks and monitoring by our dedicated staff.

Executive Suites

• 3 x 3 metre cage free suite
• Individual play time with staff with individual exercise time
• Luxury Kuranda® dog bedding
• Choice from our a’ la carte menu
• Fully enclosed, providing a sound resistant environment

Our suites offer a roomy, secure place to sleep and unwind. We have procedures in place so you can be sure that when your pet is with us, they are always in capable hands. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to play, run, and stretch their legs in our open yards 6+ times a day, where guests get to use the restroom and breathe some fresh air and play with our staff. 

Classic Accomodation

Our Classic dog accommodation offers a comfortable and affordable option for pet owners.

Our classic boarding quarters provide ample space for your dog to rest and play, with Kurunda Dog bedding in a secure, enclosed area, next to other dogs.

Guests will enjoy the opportunity to play, run, and stretch their legs in our open yards 6+ times a day, where guests get to use the restroom and breathe some fresh air.
