What does my pet need? | We will need to sight a C5 (Kennel Cough) Vaccination Certificate for dogs and a F3 Vaccination Certificate for our feline guests. All Vaccinations (including boosters) must be done 14 days before boarding as per AVA guidelines. Your vet will be able to supply you with a copy of these records. If your pet has medication, own meals or requires additional care options, this will be discussed with reception in full detail prior to check in. All Flea & Paralysis tick prevention MUST be up to date prior to check in. |
Can I tour your facilities? | Tours of our resort are encouraged and welcomed during ALL opening hours. We have a full Open Door policy during ALL opening hours |
What are your business hours? | Monday - Friday Saturday Sunday Closed Public Holiday Weekends - Reception Only Reception is closed ALL Public Holidays and Long Weekends. We are fully staffed in these times and busy spending extra time with our guests. My Pet is on Medication | We welcome you bringing your pet's medication. We see this as a necessity and this is administered FREE of charge. All medications are closely monitored to ensure that your pet receives the correct dosage and correct medication. |
Can my pets share a suites? | NO we do not share suites with guests that are NOT from the same family. |
My dog is not dog-friendly; can you still accommodate them? | Yes, as we DO NOT multi-house or multi-exercise guests (unless from the same Family). |
Do you accept un-desexed pets or pets in season? | Yes as we DO NOT multi-house guests (unless from the same Family). |
What happens if my pet gets sick while staying at the Resort? | In the unlikely event that your pet requires veterinary treatment during their stay we will attempt to contact you or your listed emergency contact on the telephone numbers provided and seek instructions. If we are unable to reach you on the telephone, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided and seek instructions. If we are still unable to make contact through these methods, we will have to make a decision based on the welfare and best interest of the pet. Please note after hours or public holidays incur additional charges ($80.00 transport, $60.00 labour per hour, $30.00 van sterilisation). Should you request to have your pet taken to your treating vet, further charges will apply. Please note that all veterinary fees are the responsibility of the owner and must be paid on presentation of the invoice. |
Exercise Time | Eleven play yards offers our guests ample opportunity for outdoor exercise. |
