As we move into the cooler winter months, we would like to advise clients of some upcoming changes to our operating hours and services effective 6/7/26. Saturday Reception HoursEffective from Saturday 4 July 2026, our Saturday reception hours will be: 🐾 8:00am – 10:00am only There will no longer be an afternoon reception opening on Saturdays. Doggy DaycareDue to reduced demand during winter, Doggy Daycare will now operate on: 🐾 Wednesdays and Thursdays only Doggy Day BoardingFor clients still requiring care for their dogs during the week, we will be offering Doggy Day Boarding Monday to Friday. Doggy Day Boarding is ideal for dogs whose owners are at work, attending appointments, travelling for the day, or simply looking for some extra care and attention for their pet. Dogs enjoy comfortable accommodation, regular outdoor exercise, toileting breaks, staff interaction and plenty of individual attention throughout the day. These changes are being introduced for the winter period and will be reviewed as we move into the warmer months. Our weekday and Sunday reception hours remain unchanged. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we continue to adapt our services to best meet the needs of our clients and their pets.
